Frances Kennedy
Frances Kennedy (maiden name: Howell) was born on August 1, 1841, to Lewis and Margaret Hughes Howell. On November 24, 1863, she married Stephen Dandridge Kennedy in Baltimore, Maryland. The couple had one child: Fanny Howell Hughes, born on October 9, 1864. Frances died shortly thereafter on October 31, 1864.
