Artemesia H. Crump
Artemesia H. Crump (maiden name unknown) was born around 1825 in Georgia. She married Robert George Crump, and they had at least eight children: Thomas, born around 1846; William, born around 1848; Riley, born around 1850; John, born around 1855; James, born around 1857; Mary, born around 1858; Robert, born around 1860; and Colvin, born around 1863. They lived in Franklin County, Georgia, and her husband worked as a farmer. By 1850, they owned $800 of real estate. They moved to Banks County, Georgia, in the 1850s, and by 1860, they owned $1,500 of real estate and $200 of personal property.
 
Her husband served in the Confederate army, and he died sometime in the 1860s. She lived in Washington, Georgia, with her children, and by 1870, she owned $800 of real estate and $400 of personal property. She died sometime after 1900.
