| Not much is known about Edwards, but it is the only original building still standing on the William Street side of the block. Willliam Street is the southern border of the Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor. Edwards Beauty Salon was a popular salon, that advertised in English and Polish newspapers in Buffalo. They had branded match covers (found on eBay), but the address on the matchbook is listed as 80 Genesee St. |
