Detailed History
T.O. Thweatt was the proprietor of the motel, which is now the American Legion Post 120. Theodore O. Thweatt, of the Forest View Lounge, in Disputanta, VA, attended the second annual convention of the Nation-Wide Hotel Association (NHA), held in Detroit in November of 1955.
