Description
A brick building at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Clinton Street, facing west onto Michigan Avenue. The two-and-a-half-story building joined 431 and 433 Michigan Avenue. There was two bays along the north and west sides, with windows opening on the two floors. To the east, there was a one-story extension. Both sections have a composition roof. The building was separated down the middle, west to east, to allow for 431 and 433 Michigan Avenue.

Andy Leong operated Kam Wing Loo from at least 1947 to 1955. He may have also owned New China's at 172 Genesee Street.
