Description
As of Spring 2023, this site is comprised of a two-story frame structure with a gable roof with the gable end facing the street. There is a covered porch on the front of the structure. The covered porch has four screen windows with a half-wall underneath. Lattice panels cover the foundation level under the front porch. There are two sash windows on the second story, with a third, smaller sash window at the attic level.

This site was listed in the Green Book as a Tourist Home. Two other Green Book sites, John Scott and R. Pendleton in Port Jervis, are also located on this street, a couple lots down.
