Description
The 1950 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map indicates that this area has changed greatly since that time. 200 South Green Street stood at the southwest corner of the intersection of Green and Glasgow. It was a large store with a brick first floor and frame upper floors. The front/east portion of the building was three stories with a two-story front porch. The rear/west end of the building was two stories. All roofs were noncombustible. Photo depicts new/current townhomes on the site of the hotel.
