Description

As of 2005, this site is comprised of a two-story frame structure with a gable roof with the gable end facing the street. There is an enclosed front porch with four windows. The second story has three sash windows. There is a small sliding window at the attic level. The enclosed porch siding is white and the second-story siding is dark blue.

Detailed History

The site was listed in the Green Book as a Tourist Home. According to the deed records, the property was owned by Junioun R. Pendleton and his wife Bertha Pendleton in 1923. The current owner (2023) of the property is Gwendolyn Glinton, who inherited the property. Another Green Book site, John Scott in Port Jervis, is located at the property next to this one. The site of Mrs. L Robinson in Port Jervis is also located on this street, a couple lots down.
