Description
The 1919 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map indicates that 34 Wells Avenue was a two-story frame dwelling with a noncombustible roof. The 1955 Sanborn shows a dwelling here with the same footprint so it is most likely the same building. The 1955 map does not indicate the construction material.
