A two story frame structure that is blacked out on the 1951 Sanborn Company Fire Map reprint for the block.
Detailed History
Arthur E. Summers owned the Ship Tea Room, a restaurant, which stood north of Bloom Alley. Summers also ran another commercial establishment which was not a Green Book listing. In 1956, Maryland's Green Book listings began to exclusively advertise "Hotels, Motels, Tourist Homes and Restaurants" and that remained the case through 1967. Summers lived with his wife Beulah at 320-1/2 North Jonathan.
