The 1955 Sanborn maps shows that the two buildings at the west side of the intersection are two-story brick. 2501 Madison, at the northwest corner of the intersection, is a dwelling so probably is not the drug store. 2415 Madison, at the southwest corner of the intersection, is a store, so could be the drug store. 2502 Madison at the southwest corner is two-story, of indeterminate material, and may be a dwelling. 2414 Madison is a two-story brick store.
