Description
The 1950 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map, the most recent for Portsmouth, show a two-story frame dwelling at this address. It has a one-story front porch, a noncombustible roof, and it connected to a dwelling to the east at 628 London that is a mirror image. Both buildings have one-story frame outbuildings to the rear/north. Another Green Book site, Benjamin's Confectionary and Dining Room, stood to the immediate west.
