Mary Camp
Mary Camp was born around 1844 in Woodford, Vermont, to Jonas and Derexa Camp. Her father died around 1850. By 1870, she was living in her mother’s household in Bennington, Vermont, and she was working in a cotton mill. She married Henry Bent around 1875, and they had at least three children: Frederick, born around 1876; Charles, born around 1877; and Eliza, born around 1879. They lived in Bennington, and her husband worked as a laborer. She died of pneumonia in Bennington on November 14, 1882.
