Orfa L. Booher was born around 1851 in Indiana to William Martin Booher and Lydia Cox. Her father was a farmer who owned $9,000 of real estate and $3,500 of personal property by 1860. Her mother died around 1854. She grew up and attended school in Franklin, Indiana, and she married William Warbinton in the 1870s. They lived in Hagerstown, Indiana, and her husband worked as a preacher. She died sometime after 1880.
