Juliette Holley

Juliette Holley (maiden name: Sanford) was born on July 7, 1817, in Cornwall, Vermont, to Daniel Sanford and Dorothy Peck. Her father owned a general store in Cornwall and served as justice of the peace. She married Truman P. Holley on November 24, 1836, and they had at least three children: Edward, born around 1839; Franklin Samuel, born around 1843; and Julia, born around 1849. The family lived in Cornwall, and by 1860, they owned $8,000 of real estate and $3,570 of personal property. Her husband died on January 24, 1863. In 1870, Juliette owned $3,100 of real estate and $500 of personal property. She died in Brandon, Vermont, on April 19, 1891.
