Rosanna A. Loughran was born around 1840 in New York to James and Sarah Loughran. Her father was a stonecutter. She grew up and attended school in New York City, and by 1860, she was working as a “domestic.” By 1870, she was living in her sister Bridget’s household in New York City, and she was working as a photographic printer. She died sometime after 1880.
